To address the issue of no-shows for grooming appointments, we are implementing a new policy. Starting October 11th, 2021, a non-refundable no-show fee of $25 will be applied when an appointment is missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice. This fee will be credited toward your grooming service if you show up for your appointment. We kindly request that you make the $25 payment at the time of scheduling. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but this change allows us to accommodate all our clients who wish to schedule grooming sessions for their pets.
